A native German, Oliver Thiele brings more than 40 years of experience working in the international hotel business. He has held both Managing Director and CEO positions within the profession. He is the holder of various advisory mandates at Hotel Development Advisor to the board in Turkish and European Holdings.
He as a solid background in all areas of hotel management and project development and in 1994 he founded his own consulting company T&T Consulting and went on to establish several other international consulting firms: Thiele Turizm Danismanlik, LTD. (Turkey, 1994); T & T Consulting LLC (USA, 2009); Hotel Development Partner LLC (USA, 2015).
